Some people wonder how to get a credit card and I have wondered the same thing because I am someone who has bad credit. The term that people use for a credit card is usually “plastic money” and this is simply because it is almost like having money made into plastic.
Getting a credit card has not become any easier and actually it has become more hard over the years. There are actually credit card companies that charge such a high percentage rate, even some doctors could not afford to have them.
In all actuality a credit card is made to benefit the company that puts them out. You pay a rate based on how much money you spend and this is how the companies will get their money. And of course this is the way they stay in business like they do.
If you want to get one of these cards that people seem to love so much, you will need to have next to perfect credit. I am not talking about a credit score of only one hundred or so, I am talking about six hundred or more.
Because it is required for them to check your credit history, most people can not get a credit card. Because of bad credit this is why people are not allowed a credit card, take it from someone who has bad credit, it is very very hard to get a credit card anywhere.
You should always try to find a credit card that has a low rate that you have to pay back. And you should try to find one that will not be too much so that you will not be tempted to spend it all at once. However, if you are someone like me and you like to save money then it wont be so bad to have a card that has a high limit on it.
